Annual Parochial Church Meeting 2025
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will take place on Sunday 4 May at 12noon in the Old Library
The meeting is in two parts. At the Vestry Meeting, we will elect our Churchwardens. Then at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, we will elect members of the Parochial Church Council and a new member of the Deanery Synod. To participate as an elector in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, you will need to be on the new electoral roll. If you wish to be nominated, you will need to have been on the electoral roll for the previous six months. Please complete the relevant form below and send it to the Administrator at admin@universitychurch.ox.ac.uk by 2 May 2025.

At the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, we will listen to a review of the year from the Vicar and Churchwardens, and hear a report from our Treasurer. We will also hear a report from our Parish Safeguarding Officer. Please download the documents below ahead of the meeting.
