Evening Orchestral Concert

The Oxford Concert Orchestra invites you to watch them perform one of the greatest pieces of orchestral music ever written. Rachmaninoff's epic Second Symphony spans from beautifully ​tragic to frenzied excitement, and ​has been a favourite of ​orchestras and audiences for over one hundred years. 

Alongside the symphony, we will be performing Curtis Stewart's Drill, a ​recent piece for Strings and ​Prepared Drumkit inspired by ​drill music.

Oxford Concert Orchestra is a non-professional orchestra chosen from outstanding musicians in the University and local community that regularly performs in some of Oxford's best venues including the Sheldonian Theatre and the University Church.
