Behold the Man

The history of Western Art betrays a fascination with the themes of the Passion of Christ. The story of the cross has preoccupied artists through the centuries, inspiring some of the supreme masterpieces of all time. Katherine Wodehouse, Ashmolean Museum, and Will Lamb, University Church, will lead a joint workshop in the Western Art Print Room at the Ashmolean Museum. We will explore a series of images which provoke reflection on the story of Easter. Places are limited. Adults: £8 Students: £5.
