Megan Roper is one of the churchwardens of the University Church. She has served in this role for over two years, having previously led the stewarding team, and has attended St Mary's since 2012. Originally from the US, Megan grew up mainly in the Episcopal Church USA but also attended Quaker school from the age of 9; both these traditions have informed her approach to religion and belief, and for her the University Church has felt like the best of both worlds. Outside of church Megan works as Academic Registrar at Wolfson College (Oxford) and lives in the Cotswolds with her partner Jake.
