The University Church offers a number of different packages for performance and event organisers.
Concerts and Performances
The Church provides one of the finest venues for concerts. We can offer a competitive package for venue hire - whether it is a flat fee or a proportion of ticket sales. If you would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Private Dining and Catered Events
The Clore Library is available for Fine Dining and other catered events. Our Administrator will put you in touch with the relevant caterer who will be ready to attend to your needs.
Conferences and Meetings
The Church offers outstanding facilities for conferences and meetings in a central location. We can offer a simple room hire package. We also offer Daily Delegate packages, which can be tailored to your needs. We have also created a range of optional extras that you can add on to upgrade your package if you wish. Daily Delegate packages are often suitable for smaller meetings, but they can also be used for larger conferences and events, using the Nave and Chancel of the main Church if required. Our professional events team will look after you.
Our Daily Delegate Package includes:
- Room hire from 9.00am to 5.00pm with organiser access from 8.30am
- Audio visual equipment including screen, projector and one flipchart (technical support is available on arrival)
- Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival
- Sandwich lunch
- Mid-afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
- Jugs of iced water
- Pads and pencils
- High-speed WiFi internet access
- Disabled Access
Drinks Receptions and Book Launches
Our premises are fully licensed and both the De Brome Chapel and the Old Library are available for drinks receptions with canapés and other refreshments.
