The University Church offers a number of different packages for concert and conference organisers.
Concerts and Performances
The Church provides one of the finest venues for concerts. We can offer a competitive package for venue hire - whether it is a flat fee or a proportion of ticket sales. If you would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Conferences and Meetings
We are delighted that you are thinking of organising an event at the University Church. We can offer a simple room hire package. We also offer Daily Delegate packages, which can be tailored to your needs. We have also created a range of optional extras that you can add on to upgrade your package if you wish. Daily Delegate packages are often suitable for smaller meetings, but they can also be used for larger conferences and events, using the Nave and Chancel of the main Church if required. Our professional events team will look after you.
Our Day Delegate Package includes:
- Room hire from 9.00am to 5.00pm with organiser access from 8.00am
- Audio visual equipment including screen, projector and one flipchart (technical support is available on arrival)
- Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival
- Classic sandwich lunch served with crisps, fresh fruit and cordials
- Mid-afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
- Jugs of iced water
- Pads and pencils
- High-speed WiFi internet access
- Disabled Access
Optional extras include:
- Hot bacon roles on arrival
- Two course table service lunch
- Additional tea/coffee
- Afternoon tea with scones and cakes
