Annual Parochial Church Meeting 2022
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will take place on Sunday 24 April at 12noon in the Old Library
The meeting is in two parts. At the Vestry Meeting, we will elect our Churchwardens. Then at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, we will elect four members of the Parochial Church Council a new member of the Deanery Synod. To participate as an elector in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, you will need to be on the electoral roll. This means that you will need to have worshipped at St Mary's habitually for more than six months and you will need to complete a form below, which will need to be submitted to the Administrator before Monday 12 April: admin@universitychurch.ox.ac.uk. If you wish to be nominated as a churchwarden or member of the PCC, please fill in the form below and submit a copy of it to the Administrator by Friday 22 April.

At the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, we will listen to a review of the year from the Vicar and Churchwardens, and hear a report from our Treasurer. We will also hear a report from our Parish Safeguarding Officer. Please download the documents below ahead of the meeting.
